At PDX Queer Tarot, I take pride in offering heartfelt, intuitive services tailored to your individual needs. Due to the nature of spiritual work and the time and energy that goes into each session, refunds are not generally offered. However, I am committed to integrity and transparency, and I will do my best to handle any concerns with care.
All services—including tarot, mediumship, energy work, spell work, home services and events—are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Dissatisfaction with the outcomes of a session
Missed appointments (no-shows)
Cancellations & Deposits
Individual Sessions: Clients may reschedule at any time. When at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, deposits may be applied to a future reschedule date on a case-by-case basis, depending on mutual availability.
Within 24 hours: Cancellations, Reschedules are charged at the full rate. On certain circumstances, the deposit may be applied to a future date. Depending on mutual availability and reason for reschedule.
Deposits are required for any and all services to hold your booking. even for same day appointments
Refunds are not offered on subscription purchases, including Annual Subscription #1 and #2. These are time-based packages and must be used within the 12-month period from the date of purchase. No partial refunds will be granted for unused time.
Refunds are not offered on spellwork, including basic spellwork, cord cutting, and advanced spellwork and cord cuttings. The work begins on these services the moment the order is placed and are completed as soon as possible. No partial refunds will be granted for rush service upgrades, or spells delivered outside of expected time frame.
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where:
You were charged in error (e.g., double payment)
In these cases, please email pdxqueertarot@gmail.com within 7 days of your scheduled session or product shipment to request review. If you feel your experience does not match any of these situations, contact the above email within 7 days of purchase to talk about your situation.
