At PDX Queer Tarot, I take pride in offering heartfelt, intuitive services tailored to your individual needs. Due to the nature of spiritual work and the time and energy that goes into each session, refunds are not generally offered. However, I am committed to integrity and transparency, and I will do my best to handle any concerns with care.
All services—including tarot, mediumship, energy healing, and events—are considered non-refundable once completed. This includes live sessions, chat readings, and home or business services.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Dissatisfaction with the outcomes of a session
Missed appointments (no-shows)
Services rendered that match the agreed-upon time and scope
Individual Sessions: Clients may cancel or reschedule without penalty if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Within 24 hours: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or late reschedules.
Events, Home, or Business Services: A $50+ deposit is required to hold your booking and is non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled time.
I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule:
Please provide notice as early as possible.
Multiple reschedules or repeated short-notice changes may result in a loss of deposit or refusal of future bookings.
Refunds are not offered on subscription purchases, including Annual Subscription #1 and #2. These are time-based packages and must be used within the 12-month period from the date of purchase. No partial refunds will be granted for unused time.
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where:
A session could not be completed due to my cancellation or technical failure
You were charged in error (e.g., double payment)
