At PDX Queer Tarot, I take pride in offering heartfelt, intuitive services tailored to your individual needs. Due to the nature of spiritual work and the time and energy that goes into each session, refunds are not generally offered. However, I am committed to integrity and transparency, and I will do my best to handle any concerns with care. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for any items not covered on this page.

1. Refunds for Services

Due to the custom nature of the products and services at PDX Queer Tarot, All services are not refundable.

•  tarot, mediumship, energy work individual sessions are not refundable within the 24 hours leading up to our appointment time.
• deposits for these services are not refundable under any circumstance, but may be applied to future date in the case of a reschedule.
• Spell work, email readings, wholesale, or product orders are not refundable once order is placed.  
• Home services and event deposits are not refundable once booked. Cancellations and reschedules require a 72 hour notice. Any changes made by client within 72 hours require full payment.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Dissatisfaction with the outcomes of a session

• Missed appointments (no-shows)

• Appointment Changes (cancel/reschedule) within 24 hours.
• Emergencies happen, and special circumstances are considered for funds beyond the deposit portion of the fee. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss. Via email at pdxqueertarot@gmail.com or text/call 503-897-8337.
• Accommodations for emergencies or special circumstances are generally not considered outside of 48 hours after the appointment time. 

2. Refunds for Products

• Sparkle Apothecary is a line of personally made, quality and carefully crafted products. If you are not satisfied, reach out for an exchange with exact same product.
• Once order is placed for wholesale, spellwork, email reading, or any product, a refund is not possible.
• On a case by case basis, replacement of a Sparkle Apothecary item is considered, for example, chipped bottle. 

Cancellations & Deposits

• Individual Sessions: Clients may reschedule at any time. When at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, deposits may be applied to a future reschedule date on a case-by-case basis, depending on mutual availability. Please contact PDX Queer Tarot directly to discuss.

• Rescheduled appointments may require 100% deposit before appointment time.  

• Within 24 hours:  Cancellations, Reschedules are charged at the full rate.  On certain circumstances, the deposit may be applied to a future date. Depending on mutual availability and reason for reschedule.

• Deposits are required for any and all services to hold your booking. even for same day appointments

• If the Service Provider (Eden) needs to reschedule, They will either switch to a virtual service or work directly with the client to make a backup date, often within 24 hours.  

4. Subscription Services

Refunds are not offered on subscription purchases, including Annual Subscription #1 and #2. These are time-based packages and must be used within the 12-month period from the date of purchase. No partial refunds will be granted for unused time.

4. Spell Services

Refunds are not offered on spellwork, including basic spellwork, cord cutting, and advanced spellwork and cord cuttings. The work begins on these services the moment the order is placed and are completed as soon as possible. No partial refunds will be granted for rush service upgrades, or spells delivered outside of expected time frame. 

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where:

• Product is damaged via shipping

• You were charged in error (e.g., double payment)

In these cases, please email pdxqueertarot@gmail.com within 7 days of your scheduled session or product shipment to request review. If you feel your experience does not match any of these situations, contact the above email within 7 days of purchase to talk about your situation.
