Welcome to PDX Queer Tarot. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and bookings. By accessing our site or scheduling a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Overview

PDX Queer Tarot offers spiritual and intuitive services including:

  • Tarot and mediumship sessions

  • Ancestral energy healing

  • Remote and in-person spiritual cleansings

  • Entity removal

  • Business blessings

  • Intuitive chat readings

  • Subscription-based service packages

  • More

Descriptions, current pricing, and duration for each offering can be found on our website or booking page. All services are spiritual in nature and not a substitute for licensed mental health, legal, financial, or medical care.

2. Accessibility & Pricing

PDX Queer Tarot offers two prices for most services:

  • Standard Rate

  • Accessible Rate — available to clients who are Black, Indigenous, People of Color, (non-white) Disabled, or under the trans+ umbrella

This sliding scale structure reflects our commitment to economic accessibility in healing spaces. If pricing is still a barrier, you are welcome to contact us to discuss other options.

3. Intake Calls & Chat Readings

  • 20-Minute Intake Calls: Free. Required for home, business, or event bookings, but optional for individual sessions.

  • Answer Now Chat Readings: $10 per question, answered via Instagram DM, or email. Rush Option: Additional $10 for a turnaround as soon as possible.

4. Home, Business, & Event Services

These services are done in client’s work or home

  • In-Person Spiritual Cleansing of home or office 

  • Entity Clearing of home or office or person.

  • Business Spiritual Cleansing

  • Events: such as parties, celebrations, weddings or memorials.

A deposit is required to hold any appointment booking. Home or Group Services rates vary based on scope and location and will be discussed in your intake call.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription/multiple session packages are valid for a rolling 12-month period from the date of purchase. Prepay for a discount. 

Unused time does not roll over past the 12-month mark. No refunds offered for subscription packages.

6. Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal (Friends & Family), debit or credit card. Cards may incur a $2 processing fee.

  • In-person: all of the above plus cash,  tap-to-pay. cards may incur a $2 processing fee.

  • Online booking available via calendly (calendly.com/pdxqueertarot). Same day appointments are subject to availability and may be scheduled via text or call (503)-897-8337. Deposit of 50 percent of the standard price of service is due upon booking.
  • PAYMENT OF BALANCE IS DUE BEFORE SESSION BEGINS
  • It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure payment is sent no later than the conclusion of the service. Clients may not delay balance payment except when agreed upon for events and home services.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Any and all deposits are not due for a refund. 

  • One-time Reschedules made with more than 24 hours’ notice are free. Deposit is applied to future date. Multiple Reschedules are $15 per reschedule administration fee.

  • Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours are charged at 100% of the appointment price. Special circumstances are considered for emergencies and special situations.

Contact us to discuss emergency-related situations that caused appointment changes. You may email pdxqueertarot@gmail.com or text or call 503-897-8337. Please contact with as much notice as possible to be  considered, and no later than 48 hours after appointment time.

  • No-shows, repeated reschedules, or mistreatment of PDX Queer Tarot’s services, time, or kindness: may result in being declined future bookings.

8. Client Responsibility & Disclaimer

By booking a session, you acknowledge:

  • You are voluntarily seeking spiritual or intuitive services.

  • You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on information shared in your session.

  • These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, or psychological care.

All services are engaged at your own risk. PDX Queer Tarot makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or outcomes of any session, product or spell services.

9. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. Client names, session content, and personal details will not be shared unless required by law. Occasionally, generalized session experiences may be discussed with a mentor to enhance practitioner development; in these cases, identifying information is never shared.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including branding, written copy, and service materials—is the intellectual property of PDX Queer Tarot and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

11. Modifications to These Terms

PDX Queer Tarot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and are effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
