Welcome to PDX Queer Tarot. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and bookings. By accessing our site or scheduling a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Overview

PDX Queer Tarot offers spiritual and intuitive services including:

• Tarot and mediumship sessions

• Ancestral energy healing

• Remote and in-person spiritual cleansings

• Entity removal

• Business blessings

• Intuitive chat readings

• Subscription-based service packages

Descriptions, current pricing, and duration for each offering can be found on our website or booking page. All services are spiritual in nature and not a substitute for licensed mental health, legal, financial, or medical care.

2. Accessibility & Pricing

PDX Queer Tarot offers two pricing tiers for most services:

• Standard Rate

• Accessible Rate — available to clients who are Black, Indigenous, People of Color, Disabled, or under the trans+ umbrella

This sliding scale structure reflects our commitment to economic accessibility in healing spaces. If pricing is still a barrier, you are welcome to contact us to discuss other options.

3. Intake Calls & Chat Readings

• 20-Minute Intake Calls: Free. Required for home, business, or event bookings, but optional for individual sessions.

• Answer Now Chat Readings: $10 per question, answered via Instagram DM, Reddit DM, or email within 24 hours. Rush Option: Additional $10 for a 30-minute turnaround.

4. Home, Business, & Event Services

These services start at the following rates:

• Virtual Cleansing: $100/hour

• In-Person Cleansing: $150+/hour

• Entity Clearing: $100/hour (virtual)

• Business Spiritual Cleansing: $150+/hour

• Events: $100–$150/hour

A $50 deposit or more is required to hold a home, business, or event booking. Final pricing may vary based on scope and location and will be discussed in your intake call.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription packages are valid for a rolling 12-month period from the date of purchase:

• Annual Subscription #1: 3 hours for $288 ($360 value)

• Annual Subscription #2: 6 hours for $500 ($720 value)

Unused time does not roll over past the 12-month mark.

6. Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal (Friends & Family)

• In-person: credit cards and tap-to-pay

• Calendly bookings: deposits are collected via credit card. No credit card information is stored on file.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: no penalty.

• Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours: deposit is forfeited.

• No-shows or repeated reschedules: may result in being declined future bookings.

8. Client Responsibility & Disclaimer

By booking a session, you acknowledge:

• You are voluntarily seeking spiritual or intuitive services.

• You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on information shared in your session.

• These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, or psychological care.

All services are engaged at your own risk. PDX Queer Tarot makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or outcomes of any session.

9. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. Client names, session content, and personal details will not be shared unless required by law. Occasionally, generalized session experiences may be discussed with a mentor to enhance practitioner development; in these cases, identifying information is never shared.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including branding, written copy, and service materials—is the intellectual property of PDX Queer Tarot and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

11. Modifications to These Terms

PDX Queer Tarot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and are effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
